MFN41R went for a pre MOT inspection earlier this week which highlighted a few jobs that need doing. Nothing major so hopefully she will be on the road in the next few weeks.
During the restoration of MFN41R's lower deck, some of the original notices and adverts have been uncovered from behind the soft trim.
Had a great weekend down in a field in Sandwich, Kent at a new event called Motor Madness. This year was the first one and featured an air display as well as stunt displays in the arena. We enjoyed it and hope that this grows and becomes an annual event. Well done to the organisers for putting this on.
Sadly this year there is no Preston Steam Rally as it has been cancelled by the organisers.
As you would have seen on the picture of the month, MFN41R (or Muffin as she has become affectionately known) is starting to take shape and move into a position where I can plan her MOT. I still have the ball joint to change but the part for this is here and waiting to be put on and is a fairly simple job to do.
